An ideal ‘starter pack’ and refresher, these  modules cover the essentials of leadership, all aligned to the Cove values and mission. Learners can choose to take these modules individually as short sessions over a period of weeks (as  advertised on the calendar), as a two-day event from the calendar or by request to Antony from the Heads of Department.
