What I love about working at Cove UK is the excitement of being somewhere people choose to come to for their holidays. My big passion is to travel; I lived and worked in tourism overseas for many years and now I look forward to my holidays. I don't have one favourite place, but I am fascinated by Venice, where I worked for several years and I go back every year. It really is unique.

My name is Kevin Tudor and I'm the UK Head of Safety Services to help Cove deliver a safe environment for both our Team and Guests. My working life started as an Apprentice Electronics Engineer building and maintaining missile guidance systems, however the call to the Leisure Industry was soon to follow as I joined Rank as a Service Engineer. I am a person who loves meeting people and ensuring whatever I do is with the right intent while having fun doing it. The Leisure Industry is where I have remained for the last 35 years, 25 of those years being in Health and Safety. I live in Gloucestershire and have been married now for 36 years, I have 3 children who have gifted me 4 lovely grandchildren, 2 of which are twins.

Starting back in 1997 with Haven as a Glass collector at the age of 17, I spent the next 10 years working in various roles and departments to get a solid understanding of the business. Becoming the youngest General Manager in the UK was my ambition, I was told it was not possible. I managed to achieve this 2 weeks before my 25th Birthday. I have had the pleasure of leading and developing some of highest performing businesses in the industry, and my 25 years to date has been split between the two market leaders, in a variety of senior leadership roles.
