What I love about working at Cove UK is the excitement of being somewhere people choose to come to for their holidays. This attracts team members who are always positive and upbeat - there is no other industry like it. My big passion is to travel; I lived and worked in tourism overseas for many years and now I look forward to my holidays. I don't have one favourite place, but I am fascinated by Venice, where I worked for several years and I go back every year. It really is unique.

My name is Kevin Tudor and I'm the UK Head of Safety Services to help Cove deliver a safe environment for both our Team and Guests. My working life started as an Apprentice Electronics Engineer building and maintaining missile guidance systems, however the call to the Leisure Industry was soon to follow as I joined Rank as a Service Engineer. I am a person who loves meeting people and ensuring whatever I do is with the right intent while having fun doing it. The Leisure Industry is where I have remained for the last 35 years, 25 of those years being in Health and Safety. I live in Gloucestershire and have been married now for 36 years, I have 3 children who have gifted me 4 lovely grandchildren, 2 of which are twins.

Laura looks after the various workstreams under Commercial Operations, including Procurement, Commercial Holidays and Fleet Management. Laura says, “Coming from the corporate world my journey since joining Cove in January 2023 has felt like a whirlwind, it has definitely been the most exciting and interesting year of my career. We have the best people, the best locations and an abundance of opportunities for success in Cove and I’m really looking forward to the next 5 years of building our successes together. At home I have 3 amazing girls; Izabela, Zofia and Matylda, all at Primary school, they keep me and my husband busy with their sporting activities and social lives!
