Ian Fullick, Luther Ginman, and I (Tobias Bedford) joined forces with my idea, ECOve on the Leadership Development Programme. ECOve is to be the change for the better, where the environment is concerned, we envision the whole of Cove UK to go green. As of now, both Ian and I are part of a working group with 26 participants, we discuss, we plan, we implement, and we envision!

At Cove UK our core values are rooted within us, stewardship is one these and we know that great work is happening across our estate driving local sustainability agendas.  Now is the time to bring this all together and elevate ourselves companywide, sharing best practice and delivering a strategy that’s better for the planet!
